For most of human history, training was simple. Someone knew something and someone else needed to know it – so they sat together and passed the knowledge from generation to generation.
A hunter and his son. A fisherman and his crew. In the field, at the forge, beside the fire – knowledge traveled from one pair of hands to the next.
It worked. Because it was human.

Then the industrial revolution arrived, and companies got big. Really big. And that intimacy became impossible to scale.
1990-2005
So we invented the classroom. Then the manual. Then the PowerPoint. Then the LMS. Each one a little more removed from the person actually doing the work. The tools multiplied but the distance from the ground grew.
And to be honest, it worked well enough. At least for a while.
Today
Then something shifted. Every frontline worker – the one stocking shelves, running the kitchen, opening the store – started carrying a smartphone.
The infrastructure was already there. The behavior was already there. All that was missing was a way to meet them in it.
So we built Bites. A performance platform built for the billion people who never sat at a desk but still need to know what changed, what’s expected, and what to do next.
Most companies keep waiting for a better solution. We built it.
